The article ‘Why a bad mistake at work can be good news’ written by Donna Ferguson is devoted to the discussion of the problem of people’s attitude to their mistakes in a career. First, the author emphasizes that mistakes or failures in the career can affect on our self-esteem and self-confidence which can make some people feel miserable. Donna Ferguson analyzes that for most of people it is difficult to accept their mistakes, people just refuse them, especially if they are serious ones.
